Hi, I'm Alyssa a therapist with a strong desire to work with people dealing with trauma, grief and pain that others often do not understand. I enjoy sitting with people who have rarely had someone understand what they have gone through and I love integrating my own life experiences and clinical knowledge to able to reach people and support their healing process. I have supported people looking for recovery from many types of difficult life events all while providing an evidence based and trauma informed approach.
I am very aware of making sure I address my own issues outside of the counselling space to ensure I provide a safe counselling space and strong therapeutic relationship at all times. I work hard to continue to meet my own self-care needs while supporting my clients to learn how to care for themselves.
I look forward to working with you.

Hi, I'm Deana, a counsellor with a passion for working with those struggling with their mental health. I believe that compassion, trust, understanding and non-judgemental interactions are the key to a positive counselling experience and I work to empower individuals to achieve the goals and life they want for themselves.
I understand that it can be hard to find the right ‘fit’ with therapy and that meeting with a counsellor can be scary. My aim is work alongside you to uncover what’s underlying the issues that might bring you to therapy in the first place. I am trauma informed, recovery focussed and person centred, and strive to create a safe space so you can explore what’s going on in your world.
Outside of working at Belle Counselling Services, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and taking walks with my dog.
I look forward to meeting with you.
